OLLIE'S RIVER ADVENTURE PART 2: "FINISHING THE JOB"
Ollie's busy with his 2024 adventures! Florida beach cleanups all through Spring 2024 AND starting on Tuesday 8/13/24 he'll "finish the job" by Jet Skiing the second half of the Ohio River, 510 miles from Cincinnati to the Mississippi, organizing river clean ups with his friends at Orsanco. It's OLLIE'S RIVER ADVENTURE PART 2: "FINISHING THE JOB". He's trying to raise the remaining 4 million of his original 5 million goal! And Every Penny is donated Directly to the Charities.
WORLD RECORD UPDATE:
This year Ollie wants to break the World Record of 30 First Pitches (by humans). He already holds the record for dogs at 4, set at pro ball parks in 2023. Ollie's goal is 31, a new record on 2 OR 4 legs, so 27 more first pitches to go!

Ollie made it!! Leaving Pittsburgh on 8/13/23, he Jet Skied 500 miles to Cincinnati to meet his new friends from Orsanco, the Ohio River clean up group. It was a long bumpy ride. He did GREAT! Michael though had a real workout dealing waves so big that he had to stand almost the entire way. It truly was an adventure! Ollie also set a world record for "Most First Pitches by a Dog". He carried a ball in from the mound at 4 pro ball parks in July. (Great videos on his Instagram). Thanks so much to ALL the friends we made along the way! Too many to mention, too great to forget!

I’m Ollie, The Do Good Dog.
Starting Sunday August 13, I am going on a trip to finish raising 5 million dollars for shelters nationwide and do river cleanups. I live in Tampa Florida and love to Jet Ski. Dad and I have cleaned up about 3000 pounds of trash from rivers, beaches and bays. On “Ollie’s River Adventure Part 2.” we'll Jet Ski 510 miles down the Ohio River from Cincinnati to The Mississippi, with all donations going directly to charities. Mom will follow us in a van for when it’s time to eat and sleep.
My dad did this for charity 42 years ago. He threw in a first pitch at a Pirates game then Jet Skied 500 miles to Cincinnati and threw a first pitch at a Reds game 5 days later. Dad and I made the same Cincy to Pittsburgh trip in August 2023 and raised a little under 1 million dollars so we have 4 million and the second half of the Ohio River to go doing river cleanups along the way! Please spread the word. All donations go directly to shelters. Also, separately we do have a small gofundme to help with trip expenses.
My girlfriend will be cheering me on! We'll Facetime each night of my adventure. I'll leave Cincinnati on August 13th, exactly 1 year since my first adventure.

The Goals of Ollie's River Adventure Part 2:
1. Our FIRST Goal is to finish raising a total of 5 Million for Shelters & Rescues Nationwide. Every penny donated directly to charities on their Donate pages.
-Funds to keep pets in safe surroundings while finding them a new loving home.
-Pay for vaccinations, meds, check ups, spaying & neutering. FACT: Two cats for example, not spayed or neutered can lead to over 2 Million cats in just 8 years!
-Help shelters spread the word that there are pets available and raise awareness about breed-specific shelters so those wanting a specific breed can avoid puppy mills.
2. Our SECOND Goal is to Inspire 10,000 Adoptions. We hope to hear from you! Just email us a picture!
3. Our THIRD Goal is to Inspire 10,000 people to volunteer at local shelters. Excess screen time causes stress, anxiety and depression, especially in teens. Caring for animals is proven to reduce stress, anxiety and depression. We want to make that connection. As Ollie says "Put down the phone and pick up a pup! More Licks, Less Clicks"
4. Our FOURTH Goal is to Help Clean Up! Along with our friends at Orsanco, we will be organizing river cleanups as we go down the river. We will also be doing beach and bay cleanups all over Florida in 2024.
